This form of the cloud will work great for the companies that have a large amount of data processing, data that spike seasonally as well as those that have API compatibility. This cloud gets its name because it can be managed by external and in-house resources. 

The Public Cloud 

The public cloud is a great idea for those companies that need data storage, but does not have to worry about a lot of privacy issues. This is great for companies that have a pay as you go routine. The public cloud is maintained by a third party. Companies that use the public cloud are ones that have large data projects, large websites with public information, product testing and development platforms. The public cloud is great for those who want to put things out like services available.
